This series explores how collective intervention can disrupt the isolation embedded in personal imagery. Each work begins as a monochrome, introspective drawing — a closed system of private emotion. Friends are then invited to intervene using stickers drawn from anime, internet ephemera, and fan cultures. Their additions function as interruptions: playful, excessive, and socially coded.
The process shifts authorship from solitary production to shared construction, turning the surface into a record of accumulated gestures. The series examines how communal markings can overwrite melancholy and generate a new, composite visual language grounded in participation rather than introspection.
